The opportunity

The client ran a Fintech innovation and venturing hub, helping to identify future products and services for their core and adjacent markets. The start up or pre-accelerator weekend was for anyone in the business with an idea, concept, or problem solving opportunity, giving them access to the innovation ecosystem with the relevant expertise to assist them in their pitch for funding, and if successful, the initiative would move into the incubator to help them realise the opportunity. Anyone in the business with an idea, concept, or problem solving opportunity would be given access to the innovation ecosystem by providing access to expertise to assist them in their pitch for funding and setting up the initiative within the business.

How might we help the startups design and deliver their MVP.

Both on the start up weekends and in the incubator, coaching was provided on design and delivery of their Minimum Viable Product as well as their Business and Operating Model as well as to ensure long term adoption and success. The engagement was to facilitate masterclasses and business design coaching to ensure they owned the process and were able to continue once successful.
