The opportunity
The client was commencing an industry wide regulatory / transformation project implementing the new payment rails, and wanted to understand how the various features that will be available to customers and how might these be applied and achieve adoption.
How might customers across all segments use and optimise the
various features available on the new payments platform.
Government, Corporate, Business and Consumer customers interviews were undertaken across Australia. The outcomes of which helped inform not only the organisation of the project functionality delivery and attribute roadmap, however informing the broader industry body of some of the challenges and potential functions that may not be adopted.
The outcomes of the project was identification of industries that would significantly benefit from the technology and optimise their operating environment, a targeted implementation roadmap, key adoption levers and continued co-design of functionality. Additional outputs include:
